This is Ankush Mehra. i have some quires regarding database backup ? and how to do system refresh ? and i got an error your TR is not import what can be the reason behind of it?????????? pls suggest me what i do????????????

Hi Friends

This is Ankush Mehra. i have more issue in SCOT configuration .actually i want to send an email to our mail id from sap . what i did it see below:-

firstly i created one user then assign a email address in communication tab.
then i changed a parameter icm/server_port_2 with following values PROT=SMTP, PORT=1080, TIMEOUT=180.
then i configured SCOT SMTP node
then i went to SBWP for creating a mail .
after that i sended a mail to my mail id then went to SOST and select those mail and sended to it .
after then i got a msg 1 message is sent. then it come to SMTP node but its not reach to my mail id so


its showing intransit 1 in SMTP node .


so what can be reason behind of it ?
pls suggest me what i do? which step is left for complete transmission ?

If for any reason still the issue persists.... then follow these..

1. Go to transaction SCOT and choose Help ® Application Help.

2. See also SAP Note 455140.


After these, please share the status...
