Unable to login with sap*

Hi All,

I have created a 2 clients, just want to perform a client copy. Unable to login with
client 441
User:sap*
Password:pass

Any comment how to fix it. Any suggestions pls

did u set param login/no_automatic_sapstar set as to 1 and restart the server.

it is a suggestion.not exactly solution
