What are the precautions to be taken before doing remote client copy.

Hi,

Before doing the remote client copy plz chk it out the RFC destination what U have created Ok ...

Check in your RFC connection what user you are using to login in the remote client. Try to set the password for the user there, sometimes this kind of remote client copy failed because of the user connection.....

while doing remote client copy No Users should login in between that time when remote client copy is going on!

Then,
Check Trnsaction SCC3 transaction to see the detail log

1.Check Both Systems Should Up And Running
2.Create RFC Connections in Between Sourse and Target Systems-SM59
3.Test RFC Connection-SM59
4.Enter Transaction SCC9 in Target Client.
5.Select Required RFC Destination.
6.Then perform Remote Client Copy
7.Check SCC3 Transaction for Client Copy Log.
