Error during client copy

Hi Friends,
I have created a client 100 and started doing local client copy after some time i stucked at particular time and not processing ahead as the instalation gone successfully done i had checked in SAPINT.LOG and performed all post installation activitites at 000 client succesfully it copied 18.210 tables and cancelled,again rescheduled the same work in restart mode then also got cancelled for twice giving the error saying "sql error 3113 & 3114 occured"
whats the meaning of this error and solution to over come this

hi ,
please use the latest R3trans, you can do this by updating kernel,
download R3trans and extract the same and copy into the exe .
