can we create at a time 10 users with same password and different ID'S ?

You can create 10 users at a time with transaction SU10 but the password will be automatically generated for every user.

We can create a number of user IDs from the SU10 Tcode. But the fields which are common to the users can only be edited from that point. The system itself generates a new password for the users, you need to check them and change individually.
