2.Where can we find the 4 files(saplogon.ini,sapmsg.ini,saproute.ini,sapdoccd.ini) of GUI at os level(I mean in which directory)?
Latest Answer: All the files you can find in the system in which the SAP is installed. The path to find these files is as follows.C:WINDOWS
3. 1. In which table support pack store....? 2. wht r things happing in back ground during DB backup..?
Answer:
1.Support package location PAT01 and PAT03.
2.First of all it will read the control file and the
profile init<SID>.ora ,then it will take the backup of
controlfiles and the data files.
4.how to apply java stacks?
Answer.
Java Stack can be applied by JSPM or sapinst.exe
JSPM:
From OS go the path
usr/sap/BPP/JC00/j2ee/JSPM
and give the command
./go
the JSPM screen will pop-up
5.How to lock a single client from sap level and from o/s level?How to lock users from o/s level.
Answer
We have two options to lock a client
One is run Tcode SCC4 and got to the client which you want
to lock and select the option Locked due to client copy.
And the other one is Run Tcode SE37 and run the
report "SCCR_LOCK_CLIENT" press F8 after that put the
client no. in Client field and again press F8. The client
will be locked.
6.how to delete a table in sap?
Answer:
Hi, Goto t-code se14 or se16
enter the table name
select and delete it.
