XI ERROR:--Unable to launch the Integration Builder

Hello frnds,
thx for ur support so far..
this time my problem is...the XI sever was working fine till yesterday ..suddenly today when i am tring to start the XI respository ..its is STARTING SOME DOWNLOADING AND Unable to launch the Integration Builder ERROR is coming.... but no problem with SLD and runtime workbench
initailly i tried SDN tips but it didnt help...So knoking this...
Due to limited basis knowledge i am not able to figure out why this has happed...
pls explain and sugest me how can i UP the services again..
