As of Oracle 9i, the following features are part of the SAP standard for SAP new installations (see Note 598678):
Server Parameter File (SPFILE):
Automatic Undo Management/AUM
Default Temporary Tablespace
Dynamic SGA
Automatic PGA
Locally-managed Temporary Tablespace
(as of SAP WebAS 6.xx or SAP NetWeaver 2004)
