Solution manager sp upgradation issue

m upgrading solution manager to sp 12, in configuration phase it is asking for BI-CONT 706 addon. I hav downpoaded this addon from mrkt place. And extrcted in EPS/in directory and continued upgradation. Even tough it is asking for same package. Plz tell me how to fix it
