installation error on sr3

hi everyone,
i'm unable to install sr3 non ides,on 2008 r2 64 bit. database ms sql,
ERROR 2013-03-16 22:57:27.636
FCO-00011 The step createSystemDirectories with step key

|ind|ind|ind|ind|2|0|NW_System|ind|ind|ind|ind|6|0|
createSystemDirectories was executed with status ERROR .
