Hi ...
Client is unable to take printouts from the printer ........
could any one help me with the trouble shooting steps to be followed ...

go to the t-code SPAD.
Select you printer.
See whts wrong .
set the proper Access Method .
Save the settings .
Come back.
login again and give a print.
OR
Login into SU01 .
enter the Users name from which u are not getting the print out.
if alone user to use the printer , go to -> Default Tab -> Output Device.
Enter the the output device name that you have saved in SAPD transaction.
Click on Save button.
Check now and update if any error.
