Oracle Backup not getting triggered ( Linux )

Hi,

I have installed SAP on Suse linux 10 ( on my PC).
I have tried to trigger Backup by both the ways db13 and as well as brtools, but unable to perform DB backup activity.

The error i am getting is as below. Please can someone suggest me how to get the backup completed without issue?

The procedure i followed for triggering the backup is:
I have edited initSID.sap file and gave the all the information which is needed for backing up to disk! and started taking backup using both the ways brtools and db13!
