im trying to install the ecc6 on my system. my system configuration is 4gb ram and 400 gb hdd. i installed java and oracle 10.2g in the sytem. whn im trying to install solution manager itz giving me the error tht oracle is not installed. i send the screen shots to the group. plz help me in this aspect.

i solved this problem by loading oracle 9 instead of 10.2 and continued the installation. i want to know how to generate the key for installing ecc6. i know the tcode smsy but i dont know the navigation for tht. plz send the navigation for tht.

Sol man key generation document is in our group, please the search the old email in group with the subject solution manager key and proceed.

ECC 6.0 should be loaded on Oracle 10.2 only not with 9.2, please let me are you loading IDES or PRoduction version??

hello sir!
i loaded ecc6 ides version only. i loaded oracle 10.2g for tht. i used oracle 9 only for solution manager for generating the key. i loaded solman 3.2 version. so i didnt supported 10.2. i generated the key for ecc6 with the help of document in our group. thnks for the help.
