Can we assign a work process to specific user or job
It is not possible for you to assign specific work process on specific user since SAP will always try to assign task to free work process.
SAP has dispatcher that will distribute user's tasks/jobs to free work process.
Absolutely not possible so no method to do that.
it is a kind of myth
but the fact is If the workprocess will be in private mode then the system will lock the process to the user until the work finished.
