I have a request/suggestion for the forum.
Is it possible that the working members of the forum ( who has been currently employed by big players) post any jobs from their end.
I guess their reference might be of great help for job seekers.
Since i currently have few openings from known sources of my end in JAVA/ DOT NET / C SHARP etc.
I can assure that I can schedule a interview for those who have experience in the same.
