Kernel upgrade issue

Hi Friends,

I upgrade the kernel to latest version(742). But system is not UP. How to up the system with out revert it(Restore to older version).

If u have taken backup of previous kernel, just replace ur existed kernel with previous one, and try to upgrade it once again with proper kernel files.
