Instance is not starting

Hi,
I have created a new client with 000 client and tried to login with SAP* user password as pass it didn't allowed me to login.So, i changed the login/no_automatic_user_sapstar parameter set the parameter value as '0' after that i have restrated the instance but it is not starting.I have checked oracle services and sap services they running.While i am changing the parameter it prompted a msg that given vale is not correct still i have changed.

What will be problem?can u plz reply me as soon as possible.

000,001,066 are Default clients you should not create default clients it will not allow sap* with pass and revert ur parameter value to same as default.

Instead u create client with a different combination (002-999) then it will allow with sap* and pass
