help me to login to master client

HI,

Can anyone please help me how to login to master client 000 i have used all possible things according to me

sap* with password ddic with password and even with virtual user But i can log into other clients which i have created and have users in that client and my last trail was

logging into another client and changed the instance profile parameters (rz10) the sapstar parameter also deleted that and restarted sap and added the same parameter with value as 0

also i tried to delete the sap* users in command prompt but i cant login

i tried to login as - connect sys as sysdba uname- system pwd - manager
says ORA-12560: TNS:Protocol adapter error

please do help me in this regard

according to my knowledge if ur not login with sap* and that password need use username:sap* and pswd:pass u can login this way and then change the sap* password after changing the pswd for sap* u can easily login with that pswd.
