Dispatcher+Workprocess Stopped

Hi Guys,
I Have alredy installed 4.7 in my system , Now i am getting a problem with the work process , in Process list DIsp+ work process showing stopped and work process are showing Ended , I did stopped immediately and restart the system again but the problem remain same , Please kindly help me to run the work process ,

Operating system: Enterprise Edition is better

First check the services are started or not.
1) Go to Start Menu→Run→Services.msc
If your database is oracle check→
OracleOraHome92Agent, OracleOraHome92TNSListener, OracleService<sid>, sap<sid>nr, & saposcol are started
if not start manually
2) Go to Start Menu→Run→cmd→hit→sapdba

Oracle version: XXXX
Oracle Sid: XXXXX
Oracle Home: XXXXX
Database→ Open (check it) if not open, follow the below instruction and start database
Sap<sid>: XXXXX

3) Go to Start Menu→Run→cmd→hit→startsap

startsap.exe name=<sid> nr=<sysnr> sapdiahost=<host>

<sid>=your sid
<sysnr>= your system number
<host>= your machine name

Once started
4) Go to Start Menu→Run→cmd→hit→dpmon

hit→m & then hit→p
