printer printing multiple copies

Hello every one

I am facing the printer issue

The printer is printing multiple copies.

when we are giving one copy of print it continuously printing multiple copies.

we have restarted the printer also. but same issue.

why the printer is printing multiple copies.

Is there any changes in the printer settings.

Please provide me the solution. its urgent

siva please check the printer settings in print server

Hi Siva,

Please check in the OS level

goto printers and faxes in settings control panel and go to the properties of the default or sap set printer and then go with the preferences of printer and check that the number of copies is set to 1 as default.

If the number of copies is set to any number then the system will print that many number (multiple) print outs....
