BACKGROUND JOB FAILED - Help Urgent

Hi everyone , I am vasu from Malaysia. I'm Mr Rasheed Student back in december. I need your guys help in this issue. I am doing daily monitoring.

In SM37 when i checked for Terminated or cancel jobs everyday i have the following program cancelled.

Job Name :
EU_PUT JSPC Canceled
EU_REORG JSPC Canceled

When i click on the Job Log i have the following message.

Job started
Logon of user JSPC in client 800 failed when starting a step
Job cancelled

Is this something normal or i have to troubleshoot to resolve the problem. I really would appreciate a prompt reply from you guys. Thank you so much .

Unlock user JSPC in client 800
check authorizations for JSPC

there are two batch jobs cancelled in develpment

1)seedhex
2)swwerre

please give me answer as soon as possible

go for transaction SCCL and select restart mode and schedule it as background, when background job failed on client copy u should have to log in 888 client using
username = sap*
password = pass
