installation error-urgent help

Hello,

Iam installing erp6.0,initially i upgraded the kernel to 146,but due to some error the kernel didnt upgrade.Without crosschecking,i've updated SPAM/SAINT and started applying support packs, while at basis package level 12,i faced a program dump.i restarted,but didnt work. I stopped everything and upgraded the kernel again,properly.Then tried to login to the system. When i open the GUI, iam facing an error dump again.
Let me know if you need further information.

Please update me with a proper solution ASAP.

The issue is now resolved after upgrading the kernel to proper level.
