Thanks Hussaini, But this was not a data corruption. Anyways I have figured out what the problem is after some research and was able to install database inst with out reinstallation.

Raghu charan, You have to delte SAP* in the client 369 from database level. After deleting following the steps what Rashed Sir has suggested.

May be the schema you are using is wrong. by default the system creates schema by the name SAPSR3. if you have not changed this schema name at the time of installation then what you have used is correct. try using the same command in upper case. a...

no need to back up anything. you are just changing the arch dest path to drive which has space. you can back up initsid.ora file.

edit init<SID>.ora file and change parameter:log_archive_dest = <path to D drive>. and restart the database and sap instance. This should resolve the problem.
